This oceanfront resort property is just ten minutes from the airport and ten minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta and is my own one week time share within the resort of Los Tules.  My family is unable to use it and we now winter in PV for 5 months. 

Park Royal Los Tules Resort is nestled on a 20 acre plantation of coconut palms fronting a half mile of beautiful sandy beach.

Ideal for group and family vacations or weddings this large (over 2000 sq ft) ground floor villa,  sleeps 8 comfortably. (but can accommodate 14).   Situated just 20 feet from the beach,  it is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom,  fully equipped condo/villa,  near the restaurant and one of several swimming pools. Rate is $1400 US (which works out to $200 per day, compare to 3 hotel rooms) for the week.

Amenities include three TV’s, air conditioning, full kitchen, (including utensils, microwave and blender), ceiling fans, safety deposit box, purified water, two patios, telephone and daily maid service.

The resort, located amidst the hotel zone, includes 7 swimming pools, 4 children's pools, poolside restaurant and bar, 5 lighted championship tennis courts.   Puerto Vallarta's most challenging golf course is just minutes away! Aquatic sports and para sailing at the beach,  Mini Mart, Internet, tour and information services on site.           

There is a supermarket and shopping mall across the street.
